Leider konnten wir erst am 02.08.´15 nach Gorkha zur Tara Secondary Highschool  aufbrechen, da es am 29.07.´15 die nächste Katastrophe gab – ein Erdrutsch begrub ein ganzes Dorf unter sich.

Ganze 19 Häuser sind vollkommen von den Erdmassen verschüttet worden,  15 weitere Häuser stehen noch zum Teil, sind aber nicht mehr bewohnbar.

9 Menschen mussten bei diesem Unglück ihr Leben lassen – weitere 17 werden derzeit im Krankenhaus behandelt.

Am 30.07.´15 fuhren wir daher mit Prem von Karma Flights zu dem ehemaligen Dorf Thulakhet um einige Hilfsgüter wie Decken, Eimer und Plastik Planen  abzuliefern.

Das Gefühl in diesem Dorf war einfach schrecklich. Man kann sich kaum vorstellen dass  dort noch Tagen zuvor viele Häuser standen. Jetzt da alles von der Erde bedeckt ist….

 

Leider konnten wir nicht länger bleiben um weiter zu helfen da die Schule auf uns wartete.

 

Falls jemand unter euch gerne den Opfern des Dorfes Thulkhet helfen möchte, kann er das gerne auch über uns – dann bitte bei der Überweisung den Verwendungszweck „Erdrutsch Nepal“  angeben.  Wir leiten es an Mitarbeiter von KarmaFlights weiter, welche weiterhin täglich vor Ort helfen. 

Unfortunately we couldn´t start to Tara Secondary Highschool before the 02nd 08.15 , because there was a big disaster at the 29th. 07.´15 - a landslide buried a whole village

19 houses were buried totally, 15 more are not livable.

9 People had to die by this accident – other 17 people are at the hospital right now.

 

At the 30th.07.15 we went together with Prem from KarmaFlights to the village called Thulakhet to drop off some relief supplies (blankets, tarps, jackets)

The feeling there was so sad. You almost can´t imagine that a couple of days before there were 34 houses there – where now just earth is to see…

 

Unfortunatly we couldn´t  stay longer in the village to help because the school was waiting for us.
