We are trained in First Aid and always have equipment with us if something serious might happen.

But please note, all the trips are on your own risk and we are not responsible for anything that might happen - even though we will make sure you will be fine!!

• a hat for the sun

• towel

• shirt to cover (because we come back in the dark and you might geht cold)
